On May 6th, the second marketing training course of Jinggong Technology in 2023 was successfully held. Sun Guanfu, Executive Chairman of Jinggong Steel Structure Group, was specially invited to give an on-site lecture, and senior marketing elites within the company were invited to share practical experience. More than 70 marketing line cadres and employees participated in this training. This training session covers the improvement of marketing skills, communication of key financial and legal knowledge points, and sharing of excellent experience.

【 Part 1 】 Empowering sales skills

Firstly, Sun Guanfu, Executive Chairman of Jinggong Steel Structure Group, was specially invited to further teach the course "Precise Marketing and Management for Key Customers" to the students. This training mainly focuses on "Key Strategies for Locking in Key Account Precision Marketing", "Key Account Precision Marketing Tianlong Eight Parts", and "Key Account Marketing 4P and 4C", and highly extracts and integrates an effective methodology. In the course, Sun Dong vividly demonstrated the key strategies and methods of marketing through video cases, allowing students to unconsciously grasp the underlying logic and key points of marketing, and gain a lot.

Part 2 Empowerment of Financial and Legal Knowledge

Huang Weiming, Deputy General Manager of the company, shared three key points from marketing definition and purpose, marketing costs, and financial concerns, and empowered marketing personnel with financial knowledge through relevant cases. Xia Taibin from the Risk Control Legal Department explained the matters that need to be paid attention to during the signing process of marketing contracts from three aspects: contract signing, performance, and risk control, providing professional standards for the management of marketing contracts.
