▲ JDL series single crystal furnace
The JDL series single crystal furnace is a device that uses a graphite resistance heater to dissolve silicon materials in an inert gas (argon) environment and grows dislocation free single crystals using the Czochralski method (CZ). It can be used to manufacture high-quality single crystal rods required for solar cells.
This device has the advantages of stable performance, good automation, convenient production process, real-time remote or local monitoring, central centralized control, simple operation, and high crystallization rate.
▲ JXQ series diamond wire slicer
The JXQ series diamond wire slicer is a specialized precision equipment used for silicon wafer cutting in solar photovoltaic equipment. It is the equipment that accounts for the highest production cost and technical difficulty in the previous processes of solar cell production (crystal pulling, square cutting, and slicing).
This machine adopts the SIEMENS full servo control system and multi axis linkage control to achieve a stable and high-precision cutting method, cutting silicon wafers that meet the requirements of battery chip production.
