2、Product Features
This machine can provide user with multi-specification structures spindles, can be suitable for producing different, it is easy and fast to replacing.
Adopt welded machine frame using high-quality cold-rolled plates, through imported NC laser cutting machine form one-time processing, surface roughness, high strength.
The machine is equipped with latex elastic special disparting-silk device, the device installed on both sides of the rear of the equipment, the two rollers and special disparting-silk are used to ensure the elastic belt of the sub-silk sync, smooth, suitable for feeding components normal working.
It adopts advanced electric components such as digital control device, which can monitor the operating data of equipment in real time, also it is equipped with motor overheated protection device, double protection motor, which can ensure the safety both of people and machine.
Adopt double roller structure, press wheel is 850g per unit to ensure uniform twist to meet with different elastic yarn. At the same time installed jiggle device under the lower part of rollers, which can greatly decrease slot due to the touch of press wheel and yarn, to ensure the yarn quality, increase the pressure wheel of life.
Under the machine, it is installed special disparting-silk and feeding –silk device, ensure feeding elastic yarn smoothly.
The machine head has 2 sets of motor, driving the spindles for rotating on lower and upper layers, so that it can realize the function of changing the S,Z twisting at once, especially when making the double covering, it can change the spindle speed according to change the belt pulley, ensure the balance of in and out layer’s yarn covering.
