HKV141J type covering machine for metallic yarn adopts the rayon or polyester filament as the core thread which will be covered with different specification metallic threads to produce the ST,MS type metallic yarn, the final product can be widely used as embroidery yarn, fabric and so on.
2、Product Features
The machine has 2 kinds of spindles for option: fix type and swing open type.
At the top of the spindles, it is set metallic yarn unreel device, which could ensure the good unreal and even covering and finished products without distortion when covering.。
This equipment’s take-up system can take-up the bobbin easily, and ensure the even tensility, easy for maintenance, and operation.
To ensure the stable tensility when feeding the core yarn, it is set with new type tensioner at the machine bottom, the tensioner has 2ways to adjust the tensility, which is stable and reliable.
It has core yarn put board at the equipment bottom, which could ensure the good environment, installing the anti-rust isolation bar can effectively ensure the unreel ability of core yarn.
Yarn guide pinch wheel adopts manual type structure, the pinch wheel weight is 750g, ensure the yarn guide speed even and twisting degree even.
3、User selectable components
Main motor inverter: easy adjustment of spindle speed, simple and accurate
Transverse micro device: effectively prevent the press pulley groove, ensure uniform twist
